• A rental day is based on a 24-hour period from scheduled collection to return.

• Rentals required before 11:00 on weekdays may be collected the day before between 18:00 and 19:00 at no additional cost, subject to availability.

• Weekend rentals may be collected on Saturday between 11:00 and 13:00 and returned on Monday before noon.

• Free cancellations up to 24 hours prior to pickup or delivery.

• Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 25% of the rental fee, plus the full cost of the protection plan.

• Cancellations within 12 hours will incur a 50% of the rental fee, plus the full cost of the protection plan.

• Cancellations within 2 hours will incur a 75% of the rental fee, plus the full cost of the protection plan.

• No-shows without prior cancellation will be charged the full rental amount.
